Hotel Kronblick - Chienes

We had a wonderful stay here with excellent service from the friendly and accommodating staff. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was excellent, especially the lovely room with us a beautiful view of the city. the breakfast was great, and the hotel facilities were good, especially the spa which we enjoyed.

During my Christmas stay at this family-owned hotel, I enjoyed the beautiful view from my room and the cozy and modern design of the room. The wellness facilities were amazing, and the sauna and swimming pool were perfect for relaxation after a day of skiing. The hotel's location is also ideal, being only a short drive away from the nearby ski resort.

There were a few things that I did not enjoy during my stay. there was a language barrier with some staff members which made communication difficult.

The hotel had a great location, close to the main attractions of the city. We enjoyed the free upgrade to a larger room with a nice view.

The lack of information about the dishes offered during the buffet, which made it difficult for those with food restrictions. the hotel did not have a clear policy on late check-out or early check-in.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, fabulous pool and spa, helpful and nice staff. Excellent hotel services, fair price and great quality. Beautiful view, comfortable bed, huge bathroom, and good facilities. Free parking in secure garage.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ski lifts at Kronplatz. The hotel had a lovely restaurant where I enjoyed delicious meals. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the housekeeping to the restaurant staff. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area. I especially loved the terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, where I indulged in rejuvenating treatments and enjoyed the heated swimming pool and sauna. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, location, and quality services.
